Those wishing to apply to attend Charis Theological Institute must first complete the online application for admissions and submit a non-refundable $150.00 application fee. After submitting their completed application, new students may be required to have a pre-admission interview with a school staff member. Applicants wishing to receive academic credit for previous schooling must have an official transcript sent to the Office of Admissions.

Once all necessary information has been submitted and the student has been accepted, the student may then attend orientation and register for classes. Applications are valid for 12 months. Applicants who have been accepted, but are prevented from attending the current school year, may postpone their enrollment for up to 12 months. After 12 months applicants must reapply

A qualified applicant is described as a person who meets the following general admissions requirements along with the specific requirements for the program that he/she will pursue:

1. At least 18 years of age or parents permission.
‍
2. Complete an application and all required admissions documentation for the selected Charis Theological Institute course of study.
‍
3. Have adequate means of paying tuition and fees as the school does not accept federally-funded financial aid, grants or student loans.

4. Attend the student orientation.

Charis Theological Institute reserves the right to admissions.

Scholarships are available. Any scholarships offered are at the discretion of the Staff of CTI. Students who receive a scholarship must follow scholarship requirements and will be evaluated each quarter on an individual basis. At this time, CTI does not offer any student loans, grants, or other financial assistance. Students are responsible for all costs. Payment installments are available to assist the student with tuition/fee payments.
 
CTI does not accept, participate in nor seek eligibility for federal financial aid.  PELL Grants, GI Bill, and Federal Student Loans are not accepted as methods for payment of CTI tuition or fees

Online (CLSTG) Classes: $190 each

Charis Theological Institute has the standpoint that a quality spiritual education that trains an individual for service to the Lord Jesus Christ, should not leave that individual with oppressive financial debt.

We, therefore, have not sought the very costly regional accreditation that leads to qualification for government-guaranteed student loans. Institutions using such loans generally charge the maximum tuition allowable, leaving the student with a sizeable debt at the completion of their education. For those called to the ministry, it can be very difficult to obey God’s calling with this type of debt lingering over their finances. Therefore, CTI elected a less costly, yet just as valid, independent accreditation through Christian Life School of Theology Global.

Charis Theological Institute also does not participate in government-sponsored grants, for our approach is to provide the most affordable, quality, spiritual education that we can, as a ministry to the Lord and His servants.

Student General Fee: The Annual General Fee ($150) includes the use of management software for student classes, ID, class recordings, regalia, student events, etc.

‍Textbooks: Textbooks are not included in the cost of tuition. They are purchased separately and are the responsibility of the student. The cost of textbooks varies by quarter.
