The School of Discipleship at Charis Theological Institute is a Spirit-filled, Scripture-centered training experience designed to cultivate wholehearted followers of Jesus. This program is built to deepen spiritual foundations, shape Christlike character, and equip students to walk in obedience, intimacy with God, and Kingdom purpose in everyday life.

Through immersive teaching, community engagement, and practical ministry, students will grow as disciples who make disciples—living out the Gospel with boldness, humility, and love.

Whether leading in the church, marketplace, missions, or community, we believe that leadership is discipleship in action. Our vision is to develop transformational leaders who lead with humility, wisdom, and boldness for Kingdom advancement.

  • 🔹 In-Person Tuesday Classes

    Students will meet weekly on Tuesdays throughout the academic year to receive hands-on instruction, engage in theological discussion, and participate in practical ministry labs.

    🔹 Online Coursework through CLSTG

    Students will also complete 1 class through Christian Life School of Theology Global (CLSTG), focusing on leadership development, spiritual formation, and organizational impact.

    🔹 Ministry & Marketplace Application
     Hands-on experiences through leadership internships, mentorship, and service opportunities in both church and community contexts.

    🔹 Leadership Project
     Students will design and lead a real-world initiative that demonstrates strategic leadership, Kingdom impact, and servant-hearted innovation.

  • Students will complete a combination of in-person and online courses such as:

    • Kingdom Leadership

    • Bible Study Research

    • Seven Churches

    • Freedom Encounter

    • The Believers Authority

    • Apologetics

    • The Book of Nehemiah

    • Emerging church and ministry leaders

    • Marketplace professionals with a Kingdom call

    • Ministry team leaders and small group facilitator

    • Anyone called to influence others through servant leadership

  • Graduates with a Certificate in the School of  Discipleship and will be equipped to:

    • Lead with biblical wisdom and spiritual discernment

    • Empower and disciple others effectively

    • Navigate leadership challenges with integrity

    • Build and sustain healthy, mission-driven teams

    • Influence culture through Christ-centered leadership
