The School of Coaching & Christian Counseling at Charis Theological Institute is designed to raise up Spirit-led, biblically grounded individuals who can walk alongside others in their healing and transformation journey. This program combines prophetic insight, biblical truth, and evidence-based practices to prepare students for real-world impact in ministry, leadership, education, or the marketplace.

*School of Coaching & Christian Counseling is not a training to be a licensed counselor.

  • 🔹 In-Person Thursday Classes

    Students will meet once a month in a supportive cohort setting to receive hands-on instruction from experienced professionals in the mental health and coaching fields

    🔹 Online Coursework through CLSTG

    5 online accredited courses through Christian Life School of Theology Global, focusing on theology, biblical counseling, emotional healing, and Christian leadership.

    🔹 Case Studies & Practical Labs
    Engage in real-life scenarios and skill-building workshops emphasizing reflective practice, emotional intelligence, and Spirit-led support.

    🔹 Project-Based Learning
    Students will design and implement a capstone project that applies their learning in a meaningful, context-driven setting.

  • Students will complete a combination of in-person and online courses such as:

    • Interpersonal Relationships and Personality Patterns

    • Resolving Conflict and Anger God’s Way

    • Introduction to Biblical Counseling

    • Foundations of Christian Counseling

    • Spirit-led prophetic prayer and discernment

    • Active listening and trauma-informed communication

    • Biblical frameworks for inner healing and soul care

    • Foundational coaching models and tools

    • Culturally sensitive and ethically sound support practices

    • Confidence in responding to emotional, spiritual, and practical needs

    • Ministry leaders, pastors, and intercessors

    • Small group leaders and mentors

    • Individuals called to serve in counseling, coaching, or healing ministry

    • Anyone with a heart to walk with people through transformation

  • Graduates with a Certificate in the School of Coaching and Christain Counseling will be equipped to:

    • Provide biblically sound, Spirit-led support to individuals in need

    • Utilize coaching and Christian Counseling tools in ministry and leadership settings

    • Work collaboratively with church leaders and professionals to foster healing

    • Serve with clarity, compassion, and confidence
